Dismissal/Expulsion

Attendance at Nicaea Academy is a privilege and not a right. Students forfeit this privilege if they do not conform to the standards and ideas of work and life and Nicaea Academy.

Nicaea Academy expects all its students to conduct themselves in a manner in keeping with and appropriate to its rules for classroom behavior and moral code of conduct. In the event a student is found to be in consistent breach of school rules, or in the event usual and customary disciplinary measures (including parent conferences) are unable to successfully resolve the situation, the school at its discretion may suspend or expel the child temporarily or permanently, to be determined by the Head Master.
